Triangular Tile

The triangular Tile is a simple but effective means of multiplying the surface area of a seawall, sloped or vertical. The perforated tiles openings create shaded areas for small organisms to colonize with refuge from predation. Additionally, the tiles are suspended a few centimeters off the surface of the wall to allow organisms to also colonize behind the surface of the tile.
