The trapezoidal prisms are designed for use on existing sloped seawalls. The prism units have variably oriented basins for storing water and creating marine habitats in between tidal fluctuations. The spaces between the prism units create shade and refuge for a range of species when placed close together in formation. Upper basins may also be used for vegetative species.
